Annie Ivanova is a multi-award winning curator and entrepreneur. She has worked with some of the world's most prestigious cultural institutions, and has extensive business experience in creative esports. Parents include: Centre Pompidou, Ars Electronica, ZKM, The National Palace Museum, MOCATaipei, Beijing World Art Museum, Australian Centre for the Moving Image & Gallery of Modern Art.
The scope of Annie's work spans North America, Western and Northern Europe, Asia, and Australia. In 2001 she co-founded and was the executive director of Australia's first media arts agency. Over a period of 10 years NOVAMEDIA staged cutting edge projects and represented renowned artists internationally.
In 2010 Annie Ivanova was an international curator of Art Taipei. Shortly after she relocated her studio from Melbourne to Taipei and has collaborated across all sectors of the culture and creative industries.
Complementing her in-depth knowledge of the arts, Annie holds postgraduate qualifications in foreign affairs and trade from the high ranking Monash Graduate School of Business & Economics. She is a founding member of the Australia-Taiwan Women Entrepreneurs Network of the Australia-Taiwan Business Council.
Named by DISCOVER TAIPEI Magazine a "Taipeinese", Annie Ivanova is celebrated as the first international curator to be based in Taiwan.
